Welcome to our School Newspaper - The Crusader

The Crusader is the student-published newspaper of Notre Dame High School. A team of editors and staff members works to put out five or six issues for high school circulation, and two issues for grade school circulation.   The journalism class manages The Crusader. The students are responsible for planning the issue, soliciting advertisements, writing the articles, and designing the pages. The students do all of their own photography.   The Crusader is an award-winning publication that has earned recognition from the Columbia Scholastic Press Association, the Journalism Education Association, the National Scholastic Press Association, and the Pennsylvania Scholastic Press Association.   Advertising is available in the publication.   Monthly meetings are held after school to allow students an opportunity to contribute to the paper by writing articles, interviewing, tabulating survey results, etc. All students are welcome and encouraged to get involved.
